Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SULTHAN BASHA.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.1574 of 2023 in Crl.A(MD)No.861 of 2022, dated 31.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
