ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to register and release the Settlement Deed dated 25.06.2025 executed by the petitioner and presented on 26.07.2025 through online portal in respect of the property situated in Natham Survey No.245/12B, measuring 4.94 cents, Pallakurichi Village, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
