ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register and release the settlement deed dated 23.09.2024 executed by the petitioner and presented on 01.10.2024 Receipt No. TP/193289714/2024 through online portal in respect of the property situated in Natham Survey No.253/3D measuring 19 cents, Pallakurichi Village, Sathankulam, Thoothukudi District.
2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's case and register and release the settlement deed dated 23.09.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
