ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 28.12.2020 executed by the petitioner and presented on 26.07.2025 Receipt No.TP/227699421/2025 through online portal in respect of the property situated in Re-Survey Nos.69/2B and 74/1 measuring an extent of 5.44 cents in Kommadikottai Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's case and register and release the sale deed dated 28.12.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order, in accordance with law.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
