ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that his complaint has not been enquired by the respondent police has filed this petition. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint directly to the Superintendent of Police and it has been forwarded to the respondent police for enquiry. The 2nd respondent conducted a current paper enquiry and closed it on 18.06.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is closed. The respondent police shall furnish the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 06.08.2025 DSK 2/4
