ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents No.1 to 4 to give necessary Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his residing house comprised in New Survey No.304/37 situated at Door No. 1841, West Street, Puthanatham, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2019 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner as against the counter parties namely the respondents 5 to 8 herein, the fourth respondent conducted enquiry and found that there is civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter parties. Therefore the fourth respondent closed the complaint as civil in nature.

3.At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 8 are directed to approach the civil court in the manner known to law.
