ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to direct fifth respondent to take action on the basis of the representation dated 18.07.2024.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the Forest Department, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.313 of 2024 against the writ petitioner for the offences under Sections 294(b), 352, 353 and 506(2) IPC and that representation given by the writ petitioner was enquired in current paper and the same was closed.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
