[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.V.Karuna, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No.5 and the learned counsel for the respondent No.6.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that the authority would invoke the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and would take action against the encroachers in accordance with law expeditiously.

3. In view of the said submission, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
