ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to issue Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of Survey No.228/2, to an extent of 27 cents, situated at Vendayampatty Village, Chengipatti, Boothalur Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the property in Survey No.228/2, to an extent of 27 cents, situated at Vendayampatty Village, Chengipatti, Boothalur Taluk, Thanjavur District. He submitted a representation dated 08.12.2015 requesting issuance of patta in his favour. Despite the representation, the respondents 1 and 3 have not taken any action, resulting in unnecessary delay. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation, detailing all his grievances, to the
third respondent, the same will be considered in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation outlining all his grievances to the third respondent within a period of one week from today. Upon receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall consider it on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within six weeks thereafter. The representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The third respondent is directed to provide reasonable opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and also to the other persons, who may be affected by such decision. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. NCC : Yes / No (K.SURENDER, J.)
