ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to include the name of the petitioner as the 'wife' of the 2nd respondent in the pension record of the 2nd respondent maintained and kept under the power and control of the 1st respondent thereby, enabling the petitioner to get future family pension benefits and other benefits after the demise of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that this Writ Petition is not maintainable and as per Section 3(q) of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, the petitioner has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
