2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that so far 10 witnesses have been examined and the police are in the process of completion of the investigation and within short time, they will complete the investigation and file the charge sheet. The same is recorded.

3.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.11 of 2022 as 2/4

quickly as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
