RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time in the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 14946/2021 dt 07.10.2021 and to pass any such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ARUMUGAM.C.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to ill health, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.14946 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14946 of 2021 is extended further for a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
