O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 20.12.2022 to grant permission to operate the petitioner's bus through Tirunelveli new bus stand.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not allowed to enter the Tirunelveli new bus stand, hence the passengers are being 2/5

affected. The petitioner is operating stage carriage and hence, he is entitled to enter the Tirunelveli new bus stand so that the passengers can safely reach the bus stand.

3. This court without expressing any opinion, is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
