This criminal original petition is filed to to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation for the case in Crime No.387 of 2025 to 3rd respondent from the respondent No.5 to conduct fair and proper enquiry of the petitioner's son Brutal Murder case by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2025. 2/5

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, through online in E-Filing No.CNR-TWSV02004525122025 on 25.11.2025. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C/193(9) BNSS for further investigation, if so advised.
