concerned and to call for the consequential impugned order issued by the third respondent under File No.NYKS-TN/DeputationReleaving/2019-20; dated 20.09.2019 as far as directing the petitioner to get relieved with immediate effect on the forenoon of 20th September 2019 in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to quash the same as illegal and further direct the third respondent to allow the petitioner to continue his service as District Youth Coordinator in the third respondent office.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition for non-payment of salary and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
