O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, to complete the trial in C.C.No.1338/2017 within a time limit stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.1338/2017 and as against the accused persons, three cases are pending in the same Court and the trial Court issued Non-bailable warrant against the accused persons, however, the same was not implemented by the respondent Police and the case has not been disposed of . Hence, this Petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that it would suffice if this Court directs the respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable warrant issued by the trial Court against the accused persons and co-operate with the trial.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant issued by the trial Court against the accused persons and co-operate for early disposal of the case in 2/4

C.C.No.1338 of 2017. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thoothukudi, is directed to conclude the trial in C.C.No.1338 of 2017 as per the seniority.
