JUDGMENT

Since the appellant is not willing to proceed further with the case, the learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter, dated 15.04.2025, to the Registry stating that due to amicable settlement arrived between the appellant and the respondents, both the parties are decided to withdraw the present Second Appeal. Accordingly, the matter is listed before this Court under the caption "for withdrawal", today.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (21.04.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
