ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to receive the petitioner's sale deed dated 22.07.2025 in respect of the property in S.No. 1037/3 sub-divided as 1037/3A, 1037/3B1, 3B2A, 3B2B and 3C3D and 1037/4 and its old S.No.4527 in Alagapapuram village, now called as Anjugramam village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanniyakumari District, to an extent of 1 acre and 8.6 cents and proceed the same in accordance with law.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
