ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.47 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District as against the petitioners. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already trial commenced and L.W.1, 3 and 4 were examined as P.W.1 to P.W.3.

3. In view of the above submission, when the trial commenced by the trial Court, the quash petition cannot be entertained. However, the personal appearance of the petitioners are dispensed with and they shall be represented by a counsel after filing appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

However, the petitioners shall be present before the Court at the time of furnishing of copies, framing charges, questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and at the time of passing judgment. The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
