Respondents Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to seize the petitioners TATA HITACHI HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR MODEL EX 200 LC SUPER BACKHOE with GPBKT and Kit Machine S.No.S200-22410 which is kept by the 3rd respondent illegally and hand over the same to the Petitioner and consequently to recover the amount of the petitioner Rs.19,60,000/- from the 3rd respondent on the basis of the petitioners representation 09.06.2019.
