PETITIONS FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS. COMMON PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in its order, dated 30.06.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.10543 and 10516 of 2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.10543 and 10516 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10543 and 10516 of 2025 dated 30.06.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for 2/3
