O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Deputy Block Development Officer, seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent herein to pass final orders based upon the enquiry report submitted by the third respondent on 05.12.2022.

2. The petitioner was issued with a Charge Memo on 05.01.2022 and the third respondent was appointed as the Enquiry Officer. After completing the enquiry, the third respondent has submitted a report on 05.12.2022 to the first respondent herein for passing final order in the domestic enquiry. Since no orders have been passed by the first respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent herein is directed to pass final orders based upon the enquiry report submitted by the third respondent on 05.12.2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
