PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to initiate the process to fill up the ensuing post of two judicial members in the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as envisaged in Rule 12-A of the Consumer Protection Rules - 1987 and appoint the two judicial members for the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
