Prayer :- This Second Appeal filed under section 100 of C.P.C., to prefer against the Judgment and Decree passed by the 1st Appellate Court/Sub Court,Sankarankoil in AS No.33 of 2011 on 19.01.2016 reversing then judgment and decree passed by District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri in OS No.131 of 2008 on 17.03.2011. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 16.06.2022, and direct the Court below to dispose the of the Case in OS No.131 of 2008 with in a period of six months, and the requisition letter dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

No.784 of 2016 19.04.2023 in D.No.267 of 2022, submitted by the Aditional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri.Principal District Munsif, Sivagiri(FAC) this Court made the following order: The request made by the learned Additional District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, dated 19.04.2023 is considered and three months time is granted.

2. Since the suit is of the year 2008, considering the length of time, the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri is directed to dispose the case in O.S.No.131 of 2008 on or before 28.07.2023 and both the parties are directed to extend their co-operation for speedy disposal.

Any application for further extension should not be entertained, failing to dispose the same within the time, will be viewed seriously.
