Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to consider the Representation dated 20.08.2015 and to remove the names of the Respondents 3 to 8 in the Joint Patta in respect of Survey Nos. 418/4B, Punjai Hectares 0.7.5, Survey No.423/6, Punjai Hectare 0.8.5 and Survey No.436/10, Punjai 0.10.0 situated at Ponnusangampatti, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District and further direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to issue separate Patta to the Petitioner.

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks deletion of the names of the private respondents in the revenue record in respect of three survey numbers.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's request has been accepted in respect of Survey No.423/6& 436/10. As regards survey No.418/4B, since the petitioner has sold the land in favour of the third party, the question of accepting her request does not arise.

4. Recording the submission of the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
