ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.43 1/3

of 2021 has been completed and the final report was also filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul on 19.01.2023 by showing this petitioner is an absconding accused.

2. Since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court and execute a bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C, as required by the concerned Court for its satisfaction.
