With the demise of the petitioner on 07.11.2021, the present writ petition abates and the same is closed. Liberty is granted to legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner to approach the employer (i.e.,) Director of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, for grant of family pension. No costs.
