ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 09.03.2021, made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1876 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.109 of 2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.
4. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1876 of 2021 in Crl.A(MD)No.109 of 2021, dated 09.03.2021, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of alternative months at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, starting from the 1st working day of December 2025. 2/4
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
