PRAYER :- For Bail in Cr No.381/2022 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 to A6, who were arrested and remanded judicial custody on 23.08.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 302 IPC @ 324, 302, 120(b), 109, 147, 148, 452 and 34 IPC, in Crime No.381 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to business enmity, on 20.08.2022 at about 11.50 p.m., the accused persons trespassed into the house of the deceased and murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

CRL OP(MD). No.17085 of 2022 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 23.08.2022 and hence, he prays for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that A1 and A7 are husband and wife, A2 is the friend of A1. A7 doing saree business. Only due to business motive, this occurrence took place. The investigation is not yet completed. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity and nature of the offence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
