2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta for the petition mentioned premises.

The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. If the petitioner is occupying objectional poramboke or water body, obviously, her request cannot be accepted. If it is otherwise, it is for the authorities to take a call in the matter.
