Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue a "Non Traceable Certificate" to the petitioner in respect of missing of the original registered document No.1908/1888 dated 12.09.1888 of the petitioner's family by taking appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2021 and 07.10.2021 within a stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

3. It is for the third respondent to look into the matter and take action as per law. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
