W.P.(MD)No.21248/2019

3. Earlier, the petitioner's father Bharathi along with 23 others filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7005 of 2019 challenging the notice issued by the Tahsildar, Rajapalayam, dated 23.10.2018. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court by order, dated 26.03.2019 did not interfere with the notice issued by the Tahsildar, but directed the petitioners therein to submit their objections, which was directed to be considered within a time frame.

4. Now, the said Bharathi has set up his son and filed the present writ petition. We are of the view that the present litigation is only to make the earlier direction of this Court unworkable and interdict the proceedings. Hence, we are not inclined to give the relief sought for by the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
