Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MALAIYENDRAN V, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15096 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition only 15 days.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner.
