ORDER

This revision petition is filed as against the order dated 16.08.2019, passed by the learned III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, in I.A.No.284 of 2016 in O.S.No.12 of 2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main suit itself has been disposed of on 03.06.2022 and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission and the endorsement so made, this revision petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
