Prayer in CRP(MD)No.2161 of 2022:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, against the fair and decreetal order dated 28.07.2022 passed in R.C.A.No.20 of 2018 by the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge), Madurai, partly allowing and dismissing the fair and decreetal order dated 21.08.2017 passed in R.C.O.P.No.165 of 2009 on the file of the Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif), Madurai. ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Muraleedharan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sudalaiyandi, Advocate for the 1st Respondent, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to hand over the vacant possession of the petition mentioned building to the respondents on or before 31.12.2023 in CRP(MD).No.2161 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2/3

3. Even though sufficient time was granted to the petitioner to vacate and handover the possession, the petitioner has not taken any steps and hence, this petition is not inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
