ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the challenge to the writ petition is to the notice issued under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and pending this writ petition, subsequent proceedings were also proceeded with and the same is subject matter of challenge, as an appeal against the same has been made.

2. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
