ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records connected with the Fir in Crime No.65 of 1/4
2023 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioner/A2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,23.09.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report and the case was taken on file in Sp.S.C.No.65 of 2024 and the same is pending on the file of the Court of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram.
