This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to annul the name of C.V.Selvam found in the house tax and water tax in respect of the property in Palani Town Adivaram Ponnagaram Thilagar Street, Ward No.3, Block No.27 T.S.No.1012/1 to an extent of 2400 sq ft and change the same in the petitioner name on the basis of his objection/representation dated 12.7.2019.

2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property situate in Ward No.3, Block No.27 T.S.No.1012/1, measuring an extent of 2400 sq ft. Water tax and property tax stands in her name. Whereas, according to the petitioner, her brothers have transferred the entries in their favour on production of forged documents. Hence, she has given objections to the respondent for cancelling the entries which are standing in the name of her brothers and to transfer it in her favour. Since no action was taken, the petitioner approached this Court for early disposal of her representation, dated 12.07.2019.

3.Mr.G.Arjunan, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the respondent and produced the proceedings of the Commissioner in Na.Ka.No.2978/2019/A2, dated 26.08.2019, in which the petitioner is called upon to produce authentic document, showing her title for further action.

W.P.(MD) No.21302 of 2019 4.Since action is under process, I consider that the writ petition is premature. As directed by the respondent by his letter dated 26.08.2019, the petitioner shall produce the required documents for the purpose of further action to be taken by the respondent, within a period of two weeks from today. 4.With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
