Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to issue direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.32 of 2022 dated 21.08.2022 from the file of the third respondent to any other investigation agency under the supervision of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2022, the respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kuzhithurai, and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.953 of 2022.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as 2/4

infructuous. Liberty is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report.
