The learned counsel for the petitioners would state that he is not pressing the civil revision petition. However, he would submit that since the suit is posted for trial, a direction may be issued to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.48 of 2016 within a period of six months.

2.In view of above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.48 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
