ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application dated 24.07.2023 to the respondents requesting to survey his land in Survey Nos.709/18B and 709/7B situated at Ettayapuram, Thoothukudi District and has approached this Court that his application has not been considered so far. 2.Mr.P.T.Thiraviyam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on written instructions submits that based on the petitioner's application dated 06.06.2023, survey was conducted in his presence on 04.07.2023 and boundaries have also been demarcated. However, the petitioner submitted another application on 24.07.2023 along with the receipt for the fee paid by him for the survey already conducted and filed this writ petition that his application for conduct of survey has not been considered. He has also relied upon the endorsement made by the petitioner on 04.07.2023.
