ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order dated, 31.05.2018 passed by the respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he was working as Secretary of the respondent society. He would further submit that eventhough few crafty and greedy officials in the above said society tried to make unlawful gain, he thwarted the said attempts by genuinely and honestly discharged his duty as the Secretary of the society and hence, the petitioner was issued the impugned suspension order passed by the respondent, on 31.05.2018.

3. According to the petitioner, the said impugned order suffers from violation of principles of natural justice besides arbitrariness and vagueness and non application of mind. Challenging the aforesaid impugned order the instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner to quash the suspension order, dated 31.05.2018 passed by the respondent.

4. By considering the Judgment reported in 2006(4) CTC 689, K.Marappan Vs. The Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal - 636 001 and another, in the light of the above said Judgment the instant writ petition is not maintainable. It is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority to seek his remedy.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected petition is closed.
