[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to keep the schools of Watrap Union under the Srivilliputhur Educational District and not to declassify them into Sivakasi Educational District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
