ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from conducting Kattapanchayat under the guise of enquiry on the third respondent's complaint.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
