ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition as Rs.25,000/- or any other order instead of Rs.1,00,000/- as non-refundable deposit imposed on the petitioner at Para 8 (a) in Crl.R.C(MD)No.821 of 2025 dated 18.07.2025.

Considering the plight of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner at Paragraph No.8 (a) in the order, dated 18.07.2025 directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- as non-refundable deposit for the said vehicle to the credit of the Aishwaryam Trust, Indian Bank, Tirunagar Branch, Madurai, Account No.6639017788, IFSC Code: IDIB000T032.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
