(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to remove the encroachment made in Old Nithiravilai Police Station comprised in Survey No.295/4C1, Eludesam 2/5

Village, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2018.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 5 submitted that the unoccupied old building in Survey No.295/4C1, which is said to be the old Nithiravilai Police Station was demolished and instead, a new police station was also constructed in another place. Therefore, the prayer in this Writ Petition has already been met with by the respondents.
