Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 4th respondent in RC.No.5323/Comp/LC/2014, dated 24.03.2015 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the 4th respondent herein to permit the petitioner herein to participate in the forthcoming Special Test to be notified for the Computer Instructors and also on par with unsuccessful candidates to be allowed by the respondents as per the orders of the Honourable Supreme Court in Para 17-B in the Civil Appeal No.25097 of 2008, dated 09.07.2009.

ORDER
The order of rejection, rejecting the writ petitioner to participate in the Special Test, is under challenge in this present writ petition.
2.The writ petitioner seeks a direction to direct the fourth respondent to permit the writ petitioner to participate in the forthcoming Special Test to be notified for the post of Computer Instructor.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that even the educational qualifications for the Computer Instructor has been upgraded as Post-Graduate with B.Ed., and that therefore, the grounds raised in the present writ petition lost its relevance and significance. 4.This apart, the direction to permit the writ petitioner for in the forthcoming Special Test cannot be granted, as such the prayer is hypothetical and this apart, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Special Test had already been completed and next Special Test has also been completed. Under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
