Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the first respondent and submits that the investigation has already been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatti, and the same is taken on file by the learned Magistrate in C.C.No.547 of 2023 on 30.11.2023. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any grounds.
