ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue No Objection Certificate enabling the first respondent to issue License in writ petitioner's favour for running his "Infused Saloon and Spa" at No.38/2, Kalainagar Bus Stop, J.K.Nagar 3rd Street, R.C.C. Building 1st Floor, Madurai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that after considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2024, they sought for some documents but the writ petitioner has not produced the same till now.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the writ petitioner has not applied for Form-7 before the first respondent.

Considering the above, the writ petitioner is directed produce the records as sought by the second respondent and also file Form-7 before the first respondent and the respondents 1 and 2, after submission of the entire records required in the proper format, are directed to consider the same and take a decision as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
