by the 7th respondent in Na.Ka.No.09/D1IPS/ Thiruva/2017 dated 16.06.2018, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 7 to give permission to the petitioner for a period of 4 days for conducting peaceful procession (Nadai Payanam) starting from Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram District to Arch Bishop house, Madurai City.
